Pending Motion Notice: Motion to repeal Constitution and amend and restate Bylaws was made at the Annual Meeting on December 5, 2011. Motion is tabled for voting for a 60 day review period of the draft of the First Amended and Restated Bylaws draft. Comments and requests should be sent to PYAA Executive Board at pyaasports@verizon.net
